🚚 Shipping times and methods
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), after payment has been validated.
- Metropolitan France : 3 to 6 working days
- European Union (EU) : 4 to 8 working days
- International (non-EU) : 5 to 15 working days
💰 Delivery costs
- Free standard delivery in mainland France.
- Express delivery option (24 hours) at €4.90 in mainland France.
- For other destinations, costs depend on weight, country and carrier.

🔍 Parcel tracking
An email with your tracking number and carrier will be sent to you upon shipment.
If the link doesn't work, go directly to tracking:
⏳ Delivery delays
Delays may occur (peak periods, computer problems, etc.).
- If the last update is less than 24 hours old → wait.
- If it is more than 48 hours old → contact the carrier:

🏠 Delivery address
Please verify that your address is complete and correct. In the event of an error, Blackview.fr cannot be held responsible for the loss or return of the package.
❌ Canceling an order after shipment
Two options:
- Refuse the package on delivery → automatic return → refund upon receipt.
- Accept delivery, then exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days.
Conditions:
- Product in its original packaging, complete and unused
- Return costs at your expense (unless there is an error on our part)
- Refund within 7 to 14 days after return
📦 Delivery impossible / return to sender
In the event of delivery failure (incorrect address, repeated absences, etc.):
- The package is returned to our warehouse
- You can request reshipment (costs at your expense) or a refund (excluding shipping costs)
📭 Damaged or incomplete package
Upon receipt:
- Inspect in front of the delivery person or relay point
- Issue clear reservations (e.g. “wet package”)
- Take photos (before and after opening)
- Refuse the package if the condition is unacceptable
- Contact our support within 48 hours: here
Caution: Vague reservations (“subject to unpacking”) are legally invalid.
In the event of an empty package or missing item, an investigation lasting 7 to 15 days will be opened. You will be asked for proof.
📬 Package “delivered” but not received
If your package is marked as delivered, but not received:
- Check mailbox, neighbors, parcel room
- Check tracking link for signature/photo
- If not found, contact our support via this form
A certificate of non-receipt will be required. Any false declaration constitutes an offense (article 313-1 of the Penal Code - fraud).
An investigation is opened (10–15 working days). If valid proof of delivery, no refund possible. If not, a replacement or refund may be considered.
