Steps for reporting a claim

  1. Log in to your Estaly customer area
  2. Click on “Report a disaster”
  3. Select the contract concerned
  4. Fill out the online form
  5. Attach the requested documents:

    Phone purchase invoice
    Photos of the damage (breakage)
    Filing a complaint (theft)

📩 A confirmation will be sent to you by email after validation.
