At Neow, the term "phone without internet" refers to a supervised and secure approach to connectivity. Neow smartphones can connect to Wi-Fi and mobile data (certain apps can use the internet when they need to), but there is no search engine or web browser. Free internet browsing is not possible.

This configuration helps limit the risks associated with early exposure to inappropriate content, while retaining the benefits of modern cell phones and promoting digital well-being.

The Neow Store is our own secure Android app store dedicated to our solution. It contains apps that we have selected. Parents can also add or remove apps from the Store via the parent page. This flexibility allows for true screen management and parental controls tailored to each family.

As promised, there will be no integrated social networks or search engines.

Neow smartphones are based on a common foundation: the phone runs on Android, in a secure environment, without social media or a web browser, with integrated and customizable parental control tools. Each model has a customizable Neow app store, for supervised use similar to a phone without internet access.

The Neow Kids smartphone is designed as a simple and compact first phone (5.5-inch screen), with a replaceable battery and 3GB of RAM. The phone is tailored to everyday essential needs.

The Neow Safe offers greater comfort for teenagers who are gaining independence. It features a larger touchscreen (6.56 inches), a longer-lasting battery, improved performance, a 13 MP rear camera, and an 8 MP front camera. It is designed for more regular use, while retaining the same secure framework and parental controls.

The Neow Safe+ is designed for teens who want to go even further. It completes the range with Android 15, 4 GB of RAM, enhanced battery life, an improved camera, and a more premium design.

This app is not available by default in the Neow Store, as it can be considered a social network. However, parents can add it via the parent page, depending on their child's age and needs. They retain control over permissions and usage time for messaging apps, in order to supervise usage, social interactions, and personal relationships, while respecting the confidentiality of exchanges.

Neow smartphones feature real-time geolocation, accessible from the parental control area and compatible with GPS apps for everyday travel (such as Google Maps). This feature allows users to remain reachable and secure, even in situations where there is no digital connection, while respecting parents' choices and personal data.

Unlike phones without internet access, such as the Nokia 3310 or Nokia 105, which are very limited in their uses, Neow smartphones offer a more comprehensive and controlled environment. Thanks to a specific interface and parental control tools, parents can supervise the available applications, manage screen time (overall and per application), and restrict access to certain uses such as online games. This helps to limit screen addiction. Neow smartphones thus offer a balanced alternative, combining simplicity, autonomy, and security, without leaning too far toward either overly restrictive or overly open smartphones.

Yes, a mobile plan from a carrier is required to use Neow phones. However, they are offered without a subscription, without additional costs, and without hidden fees.

Neow phones are compatible with basic plans. You can also choose a prepaid mobile plan, allowing parents to select the solution that best suits their needs.
