🚚 Shipping times and methods

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Mainland France: 3 to 6 business days
  • European Union (EU): 4 to 8 business days
  • International (outside the EU): 5 to 15 business days

💰 Shipping costs

- Free standard shipping in mainland France.
- Express shipping (24 hours) for €4.90 in mainland France.
- For other destinations, shipping costs depend on weight, country, and carrier.

🔍 Track your packages

An email containing your tracking number and the name of the carrier will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.

⏳ Delivery delays

Delays may occur (during peak periods, due to IT issues, etc.).

- If the last update was less than 24 hours ago → please wait.
- If it was more than 48 hours ago → contact the carrier:

🏠 Shipping address

Please make sure your address is complete and correct. If there is an error, Blackview.fr cannot be held responsible for any loss or return of the package.

❌ Canceling an order after it has been shipped

Two options:

  1. Refuse the packageupon delivery → automatic return → refund upon receipt.
  2. Accept the delivery, then exercise your right to cancel within 14 days.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Product in its original packaging, complete and unused
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless there is an error on our part)
  • Refund within 7 to 14 days after return

📦 Delivery not possible / Returned to sender

If delivery fails (incorrect address, repeated absences, etc.):

  • The package has been returned to our warehouse
  • You can request a reshipment (at your own expense) or a refund (excluding shipping costs)

📭 Damaged or incomplete package

Upon receipt:

  • Inspect the package in front of the delivery person or at the pickup location
  • Make clear notes (e.g., "package was wet")
  • Take photos (before and after opening)
  • Refuse the package if it is in unacceptable condition
  • Contact our support team within 48 hours:here

Please note:Vague reservations (such as “subject to unpacking”) are legally invalid.

If the package is empty or an item is missing, an investigation lasting 7 to 15 days will be launched. You will be asked to provide proof.

📬 Package marked as "delivered" but not received

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check your mailbox, neighbors, and the package room
  • Click the tracking link for the signature/photo
  • If you can't find it, please contact our support team usingthis form

A certificate of non-receipt will be required. Any false statement constitutes a criminal offense (Article 313-1 of the Penal Code—fraud).

An investigation has been opened (10–15 business days). If valid proof of delivery is provided, no refund will be issued. If not, a replacement or refund may be considered.
