Accessibility Charter

Neow is aimed at children and adolescents, as well as their parents. Making our applications understandable and usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, is one of our commitments. This charter presents our accessibility approach and the means of contacting us.

1.Our commitment

KONROW, publisher of the solution Neow, is committed to designing accessible applications and continually improving their quality of use. Accessibility is taken into account throughout the design and with each evolution of the product.

2.Perimeter

This charter concerns:

• the app Neow Parent (iOS and Android);
• the app Neow Child (Android).
  

3.Reference and target level

Our interfaces are designed based on international WCAG 2.1 recommendations and the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA). The intended compliance objective is to level AA.

4.Compliance status

Applications Neow aim for level AA. Accessibility checks are carried out as developments progress.

5.Measures implemented

• sufficient color contrasts between text and background;
• readable text sizes and respect for enlargement system preferences;
• possible keyboard navigation and compatibility with screen readers (TalkBack, VoiceOver);
• textual alternatives for meaningful images and icons;
• visible focus indicator and consistent reading order;
• explicit labels for form fields and buttons;
• information not conveyed by color alone.

6.Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some features may have accessibility limitations. We correct them as we update them.

7.Feedback and contact

If you encounter difficulty accessing a feature or content, you can notify us so that we can help you and improve the service. Write to us at support@neow-kids.com specifying the page or functionality concerned and, if possible, your device and technical aids.

8.Remedies

If you notice an accessibility defect preventing you from accessing content or a service, you have reported it to us and you have not obtained a satisfactory response, you can send a complaint or a request for referral to the Defender of Rights: defenderdesdroits.fr.
